      If you love change this is a great company! Carrier Development and continuous learning is part of everyday job. You would never been doing the same, always looking for better ways to do things.

      Cons

      Long hours at work might be required on frequent basis. To many ways of reporting same things all at once.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
