Pros
Great colleagues. Steady job, quite peaceful.
Cons
Too many processes to follow, sometimes very ineffective. Many inadequate people in charge. Workload for 4 people covered by two. A lot of politics and when you look to get help with a problem you get no help. It is very hard to move up within the company. They tend to lock a person into a position. Good employees are overlooked.
