      The company has a good 401K while the stock market is performing.

      Cons

      terrible management and expensive benefits with very high deductibles which encourages the employee to not go to the doctor for treatment and care.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
