      Besides a steady paycheck, I did not can recall any

      Cons

      A company were conflict of interests, cronysm and lies a commonplace. Their shop floors uses very old and obsolete technology, so their "managers" always has an excuse to spend money liberally. Purchasing department is gwtting rich managing maquila and rent contracts. Funny enough, with Tyco acquisition things seems there are going to be evem worse. JCI is the worst company I wver worked with.

      Pros

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
