Pros

Hours are flexible Co-Workers are nice.

Cons

-No process for training. -Vacation or not Your still responsible for what happens when your gone. -They don’t want to pay you overtime even if the job requires it. -Everyone passes the responsibility to someone else and the person unable to pass on is sol. -Everything is an emergency even when it really isn’t. -No process in place.

Pros

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Cons

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
