      Benefits are pretty good and the pay is great

      Cons

      Management wants you to make miracles happen. They won't give you the necessary resources to accomplish these goals and then hammer you down. The best part of my day is when this place in my rear view mirror.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
