      Colleagues, location, surrounding places to eat at lunch.

      Cons

      Inadequate decisions by the local high level management. They are playing "god", and fight with everyone, which could help overcome the bad situation in the company.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
