you need to be well liked in order to survive here, everyone do things based on their mood. if you catch at the bad time, nothing gets approved and no help will be given. despite mnc, everything is manual with very traditional culture. no progression, no proper structure and system. conclusion is if you want to survive here, be prepared to bow down to everyone unless you are a big shot so you can abuse your authority.
