      Pros

      Flexible in schedule. That is really about all the pros. I really wish there were more.

      Cons

      Corporate greed at it’s finest. It is all about shareholder profit and has nothing to do with employee or customer satisfaction. Area management/upper management is very disconnected with the market and local struggles. Ery too heavy without much local influence on what the market strategy should be.

      Deep rooted problem of mass Cronyism Hiring issue within global IT security department that affects moral of incumbents and is leading to low skilled talent retention rates or for those that stay are becoming Silent.
