Pros

Great company with unbelievable amount of resources throughout. If you dream it in a building chances are JCI has done it, can do it, will find the people to do it. Customer Satisfaction is JCI's highest priority which is most important.

Cons

Very hard internally to make any sudden move or changes that are outside normal day to day tasks. Want to make customers happy but sometimes getting our accounting or internals to make those things happen for a customer turn out to be very frustrating and time consuming. Regional management pushes local branches but puts on the breaks for needed resources even if justified.

Deep rooted problem of mass Cronyism Hiring issue within global IT security department that affects moral of incumbents and is leading to low skilled talent retention rates or for those that stay are becoming Silent.
