Pros
HVAC products are very successful in the market. JCI management has been purchasing companies during a recession, in my opinion a good indicator of a solid product and market niche with long term planning by senior leaders.
Cons
Politics!!!! If you are an employee of a department associated with headquarters, but are not located in Milwaukee, then you are a second class citizen. As the old saying goes, politics is just a vain attempt to make stupidity look like a virtue. Politics caused a waste of millions of dollars of development money with literally no revenue received due to a very poor product planning approach.
