      The environment is amazing, everybody is always willing for helping you, You always have a lot of new thing to learn and have opportunities to keep in touch with employees from USA, also you receive feed back from your manager regularly which help you taking the best path for your carrer.

      Cons

      It's difficult has an open opportunity due that they give lots of tasks to the employee doing that they work really hard.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
