      Pros

      Lots of training, good coworkers, top manager works hard to try to introduce a family atmosphere to a corporation. Reasonably good pay, excellent benefits. High respect for work/life balance when possible. They do not micro manage your minutes.

      Cons

      Still run by corporate policies. Management has their hands tied on many decisions that may restrict growth. Can be impersonal at times. Place is so large you'll be meeting long time employees years after starting. Management is also in so many meetings it will be difficult to schedule a time to speak with some people. Supervisors are doing a great job and are very open though.

      Deep rooted problem of mass Cronyism Hiring issue within global IT security department that affects moral of incumbents and is leading to low skilled talent retention rates or for those that stay are becoming Silent.
