Terrible company - Buyer Johnson Controls Employee Review

They don’t want to pay. Unstable environment, no career advancement, they transfer almost all activities to cheap countries (India). They will ask you to accept only extra work without signing contract amendment without additional money spent on you, of course only promises how you will get a promotion (that will never happen because they would need to pay more). You will ask for a salary increase because you have been working on additional tasks instead of missing resource (that they didn’t want to hire and pay) and you will get always the same answer that it’s not possible, there is no budget…on each and every occasion.
