Pros

> interesting challenges > nice offices > you'll never run out of work to do > financially stable company

Cons

> dumb short sighted managers > high turnover rate. > slightly below average pay with raises that don't even keep up with inflation > below average benefits > overworked employees. > average work-life balance > antiquitated views of work ethics. > working hard won't get you more pay. Just do the minimum your job requires. Even award winners (top performers) get same raises as everyone else. > no chance of advancement unless you're incompetent. If you're too good at your job they're happy to keep you where you are. > lots of incompetence at every level. > those that are competent eventually quit > Poor documentation. Outdated methodologies. > buggy software because of incompetent management.

Pros

It is a larger shell of companies, so the benefits are better than most I have had and still remain cost effective for a single person. My position and company within Jonas is fully remote, My coworkers are the highlight of my day.

Cons

The companies are super focused on using AI, but then they are so locked down in some of the minor companies that it's not worth it. Because there are so many companies that make up Jonas as a whole, there is always massive communication errors or lack of information from the top down. By time we get the first message from our managers, there are whole new sets of instructions. Pay increases are never scaled from your performance and barely cover any of the cost of living changes. You may get a bonus but that depends on a number that corporate calculates.
