      Pros

      Communicative, Helpful, Patient, Kind, Prompt, Understanding. I am a new employee, but absolutely LOVE this company already! From the beginning of the process they have been so Prompt with responses, whether it’s email, call, text, etc. which I’m so grateful for! They have helped me get setup Right away, and now I’m an employee of Jovie! Couldn’t be more excited to begin this career!

      N/A. They have been so great at everything so far, I have no complaints, & I don’t see my self having any in the future either!

      Pros

      I've worked with Jovie Newport Beach since 2022. I started as an on-call nanny and worked my way up into administration. I am now in charge of recruitment, event coordination, and general management. I love the company culture and encourage families to use our services and for potential nannies to apply! I have met many great people through the Jovie network! It has been great!

      Help find you a family to work with. I could see how this could perhaps be great for part time

      LOW PAY for the job. After 3 years with Jovie, I was getting paid $16/hr and my full-time family was paying somewhere from $26-28/hr. They told my nanny family I was getting higher raises than I was. MUCH fairer companies out there. No PTO due to "not being salaried employees" even though that's not how PTO works! Constantly nagged about logging in my hours even though I was always on top of it. Going through them was a pain. Don't recommend. Always wondered if why they rebranded from College Nannies and Sitters was to try to separate from all the negative reviews.
