      Pros

      Jovie is amazing if you are busy! I am a student and have another job, and Jovie works with me to where it is no big deal! Jovie of Greater Indianapolis has the BEST staff, they are so flexible and are there to support you every step of the way. I create my own availability, and can also pick up shifts when I have time. I have met the best families, and have not had one issue with anyone in the 8+ months I have worked here! It is really what you make it, they have exactly what you need if you need a full time or part time gig. I recommend them to all of my friends!!

      Cons

      None! Sometimes the drive is a bit longer than I would like but they pay you drive time!

      Pros

      I've worked with Jovie Newport Beach since 2022. I started as an on-call nanny and worked my way up into administration. I am now in charge of recruitment, event coordination, and general management. I love the company culture and encourage families to use our services and for potential nannies to apply! I have met many great people through the Jovie network! It has been great!

      Help find you a family to work with. I could see how this could perhaps be great for part time

      LOW PAY for the job. After 3 years with Jovie, I was getting paid $16/hr and my full-time family was paying somewhere from $26-28/hr. They told my nanny family I was getting higher raises than I was. MUCH fairer companies out there. No PTO due to "not being salaried employees" even though that's not how PTO works! Constantly nagged about logging in my hours even though I was always on top of it. Going through them was a pain. Don't recommend. Always wondered if why they rebranded from College Nannies and Sitters was to try to separate from all the negative reviews.
