I've got nothing good to say! The pay is mediocre, the benefits aren't great, and there isn't much room to advance!

Cons

The biggest problem I have with the company is its terrible leadership! They're incompetent, greedy and lacking in empathy! They keep making terrible decisions in an effort to chase short-term gains, and they often come at employees' expense!

Mmmph.... .. ... not much to say here except that I found a few really genuine people there... but they were not any of the leaders at all.

Cons

The CEO is delusional. People get fired weekly. The decisions that are made are ridiculous. The work ethic is to just keep working. There are absolutely no boundaries. If you're considering working here, then RUN. If you think that working in education is bad, then THIS IS WORSE. There are so many stories that I could tell, but the most important message is for you to just keep moving PAST JRR.
