Best co-workers I have ever had the pleasure of working with, top notch people, truly the best. I cannot say enough about the talent that was brought in and the fun that was had working with such amazing people. There was little to no budget, mostly anything goes, this was great to be on the receiving end as someone who traveled for the company - not actually great for business or longevity
Cons
I didn't know the impact of poor leadership until joining this organization. While the company was comprehensively filled with amazing people the CEO lacks basic business sense, continuity in her stories. She is not well regarded in the educational community and taints the brand. If she were to step aside, this company could be so much more. Unrealistic expectations, no budgeting or financial framework, lacks sales knowledge while micro-managing a sales team, untrustworthy, put sales reps in unsafe partnerships and lacks integrity.
