Pros
Educating people and getting their dogs healthier is the biggest pay off. Staff here feels like family. We're always looking to improve, company is open to new ideas. There's always room to get promoted quickly with the growth. Most of the time, your hard work is acknowledged. Company values your life outside of work, so if you're going to school or need time off for personal reasons, they're willing to work with you (as long as you are honest and put the work in).
Cons
With the fast growth, it's easy for higher-ups/management to overlook the "little people". Unfortunately, some promotions are based on favoritism. A great company is comprised of passionate & hardworking employees. For this reason, I really wish they paid a little better considering the work we all put in regularly to represent the company in the best possible way.
