Cult-like behavior in attempting to indoctrinate their workers into performing perfectly and above and beyond for product that has been consistently showing damage in shipping, differences in appearance, month long delays for diets that dogs NEED (what's the point of selling dog food if you don't have it in stock?), micromanaging from supervisors, and overall a company trying it's best to greenwash an image of a company fighting against big kibble when it's taking millions of dollars from hedge funds, hires ex corporate CEO's to help "grow" the company, and don't really let anyone know where the millions they made last year went. It would be nice for FULL transparency when it comes to money since they pride themselves on the transparency of the quality of their food. Incredible stuff but it's simply a symptom of capitalism and nothing out of the ordinary in our lives. Corporations will never be our friends no matter how nice we try to make them seem.
