The people I work with are passionate about the mission, and it's such a good feeling to be part of a company that genuinely cares about pets and the people who love them. We’re a small but mighty team, so flexibility and willingness to jump in wherever needed is key. Not a con for everyone, but worth knowing going in.

The discount was pretty good

Its mention by some many comments before that why waste time typing it all out. Just highlight senior management not lifting a finger to help their employees with the subordinates getting others fired for their mistakes. Or doing anything but running everyone ragged till their burnt out an complain they are a crappy employee. All you have to do is ready comments about the company ANYWHERE, or just Google the name with 'lawsuits'and enough said... though if the higher ups do get the crappy together could still save the company before they run it into the ground.
