      Pros

      At JustPaid there is a feeling comradary and support, with some employees being remote, we are still always connected. Very focused on the customers and their feedback, While this is a startup there is a regualr cadence for the 360 performace review. Very diverse team.

      Cons

      Startups can be a bit more demanding on the time.

      Pros

      The founding team is great group of people to work for. They're smart and ambitious and I have no doubt they're going to build a great company. I had to part due to outside circumstances, otherwise I would have stay with them and continue to work with them. They have a bright future and they'll sure to make a big splash in the industry soon.

      Cons

      Typical startup growing pains, but nothing that can't be overcome.
