- Management is unwilling to train and build expertise in employees - Men are frewuently promoted while women are kept in low level positions or fired - Top manager sexually assaulted employees and made inappropriate comments on a regular basis - Back-room micromanagement creates hostile team atmosphere and high turn over rates - You can work as hard as you want, this company will never truly value you. They feel every employee is replaceable. - Employees expected to be available and work on call 24/7 - Extended weekend and evening travel on your time is never reimbursed through vacation days. - Company doesn't allow employees to take proper rest and meal breaks.
