1. The management here is completely incompetent. They keep putting employees in new projects when they have no basic knowledge and experience, yet they ignore experienced employees when making decisions. 2. The management loves to call their business retail science while they conduct loose experiments and make biased conclusions. 3. Lack of communication and transparency. Several teams often work on the same thing without knowing there are other people also working on it. A waste of time and energy. 4. No AI when they call themselves a data-tech company enforced by AI and machine learning. Cheap human labor is the AI in this company.
