The company is led by a few very successful entrepreneurs, and with a team of very talented and ambitious young professionals- the potential of being the next market place like Amazon is there. Very generous on providing best benefits for employees. They offer free snacks and coffee, and with the opportunities to free lunches whenever the company breaks sales record :D All start-up companies have issues and problems, and Juvolicious is very good at spotting and adjusting them quickly.
Cons
Honestly, the pay is really not great. They offer commission programs, but it's hard to reach the goal. However, it's a start-up company, so the chances of climbing fast and high are more valuable than the salary. One-hour lunch policy is stressful. Lunch is from 1pm to 2pm and you're almost expected to take it at 1pm on the dot and return at 2pm on the dot as well. Are we on hourly rate now?
