Good Pay. Weekends Off. .
Cons
Poor management. Goals that are impossible to reach. New hires go through 1 week of training then are thrown out on the floor to make calls not knowing what to do or how to do it. When ask for help, you get ignored or told to figure it out your self. They dont care about the people just the numbers. My training class started with 50+ people and ended with maybe 20. They hire contractors all the time because they cant keep people.
