Pros
-The dogs are wonderful -trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful -independent work -8 hr shift -under (good management) rotate working weekends
Cons
-HORRIBLE (lack of) management -they (used too, don’t know about now) hire people with no canine management for supervisors/managers -everybody gossips including higher ups -play favoritism -they don’t move you up unless you’re a favorite -incident reporting is trash and useless, if something happens you’re better off keeping it to yourself -they hire ‘bodies’ and not people who truly love animals (still happening)
