      Fun to go to different places and learn something new. The pay is awesome. Getting a lot of experience and learning opportunity. You set your own schedule

      Sometimes you don’t get picked for shifts but there’s so many shifts to pick up

      Some autonomy depending on department, flexible work from home schedule, 401k contributions, mission.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, founder's syndrome, poor hiring, bad strategic decision making, pervasive incompetence, lack of accountability, health plans, org structure, unclear OKRs, fragmented collaboration, workload, lower than average pay.
