      Poor management/ poor communication no one responds they delete all the messages that you send to them to cover for each other and then pretend. As if they have no idea what you were speaking on

      Micromanagement, founder's syndrome, poor hiring, bad strategic decision making, pervasive incompetence, lack of accountability, health plans, org structure, unclear OKRs, fragmented collaboration, workload, lower than average pay.
