      KBRWyle as whole is a good company.

      Cons

      KBRWyle Jacksonville, FL shows favoritism to all new employees do not get their health and well fair like they suppose to senior people do. The CBA do not work for employees only senior employees very unprofessional and late feed back on every thing they do. Think twice before working here get all the information you need to know about the company.

      Pros

      401k match up to 6%. Management is good. End of the year pay raises are usually above average inflation percentages.

      Cons

      Low salary for the work. Benefits overall are average. They are slowly doing away with hybrid work.
