      Good people below first level management, Good place to start your industry experience.

      Cons

      "Good Ol' Boy" club is in full effect here...Its not what you know but who you know. Alot of diversity programs but they are just for show if you really look at upper managements make up Disconnected management that seems surprised at having to look more than a week out for their peoples scheduling and workload

      Pros

      401k match up to 6%. Management is good. End of the year pay raises are usually above average inflation percentages.

      Cons

      Low salary for the work. Benefits overall are average. They are slowly doing away with hybrid work.
