Pay is competitive; promotion opportunities are available for those who reach for it. Many networking opportunities for those looking to work for other contractors. .

Cons

Lack of mature leadership is the weak link and the good old boy network is alive and well. Some are promoted because of who they know and others couldn't make a decision even it was written on a piece paper for them.
