Cons
No advancement opportunity, sub-market salaries, pay increases less than the cost of living, staff interview and hiring processes broken, NO cross department cooperation, long hours, inadequate job responsibility definition, goals vary widely as do the length of the goals and are impossible to achieve, no process or road maps to achieve goals, uncontrolled scope creep, agreements and contracts are largely written for the customer to ignore and no support or enforcement of the contracts are provided, employees are expendable and a minor concern at best. Unconstitutional vax mandates enforced on all employees and exemptions are only lip service, reasonable accommodations are not considered.
