      Team is extremely supportive, senior engineers and team leads are willing to mentor, support and share knowledge with younger engineers. Great benefits and social/networking events for emerging professionals. The company is focused on ensuring good work/life balance for employees. Management is very approachable.

      Pay could be better. Office location and amenities could also be improved.

      Pros

      401k match up to 6%. Management is good. End of the year pay raises are usually above average inflation percentages.

      Cons

      Low salary for the work. Benefits overall are average. They are slowly doing away with hybrid work.
