- Location - On-Site for most projects, downtown commute sucks - Project volatility during design phase - The sea of cubicles on most floors looks like something out of the 80s/90s and the kitchenettes are kinda sad (great place to improve to attract younger folks) - Formal career progression and counseling is there but hardly used. Promos seem to be highly subjective. and based mainly on perception. - Tech stack is a mixed bag. The org needs to better manage their technology offerings to employees and update business processes to match tech transformations otherwise they throw a lot of $ at tech w little change management.
