Pros
The company actually demonstrates their values, when people most need the support mgt step in without hesitation to do whatever they can. For a global company there is a lot of autonomy within region. They are continually trying to improve as an employer.
Cons
There is a divide between the two businesses, it doesn’t make sense financially or from a cultural perspective. It creates inconsistency in the employee experience and brand perception.
