      Pros

      Decent Pay, Stock ownership, fairly large engineering firm.

      Cons

      Healthcare is expensive for family. Everything is focused on billable hrs, no overtime for non-billable jobs even though you may work 80 hrs in a week. No bonuses, very little raises and or promotions.
