      Support from Corporate staff out of state, freedom to design curriculum, fast corporate responses, employer/employee trust, great counselors

      Cons

      Because KE camps contracts via country clubs, you have to make sure you're on the same page with your local country club management to have a seamless summer.

      Pros

      Fun, rewarding, no micromanaging, make it your own.

      Cons

      The pay isn't terrible, but for the amount of work it takes, it should definitely be a bit more. Very very very time consuming. You won't know what to expect until you're in it.
