      -the kids are awesome!!! -The country club staff are wonderful! -Swim time is the best!!

      -low salary compared to other summer camps in the area -understaffed all the years I worked there -no breaks

      Pros

      Fun, rewarding, no micromanaging, make it your own.

      Cons

      The pay isn't terrible, but for the amount of work it takes, it should definitely be a bit more. Very very very time consuming. You won't know what to expect until you're in it.
