      Pros

      good company to work for, they don't breathe down your back when you doing a good job.

      Cons

      should give the rgm's more time to fix store issues, when cleaning up a bad store give it time and hope for the best. It take 3-6 months to get it going in the right direction.

      Pros

      It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.

      Cons

      Basic service industry stuff. Nothing extraordinary.
