Do Not Apply at This Company - Shift Manager KFC Employee Review

Working at KFC was the worst decision I have ever made. The first day at my job without proper training, I was put in the kitchen area to fry chicken. I was hired as a shift manager but surprisingly I was overloaded with tasks that were very difficult to complete. No specific time for lunch, low pay and no insurance until after 6 months probationary period. Manager was very rude and treated his coworkers as slaves. People there were stressed out because of poor management and lack of staff to complete the tasks. Employees are very confused NOT knowing their role. Working and standing long hours with no overtime. Do not apply there! I warn you! Bad company culture and lack of support
