      - Flexible hours -Provides plenty of recognition for employees -Opportunities for promotion as they have a graduate program

      Cons

      -Store based work is tedious -Longer hours than contracted -No overtime pay, many stores manipulate hours to avoid overtime -Staff turnover is high as many are school kids and workload increases if you are unable to cover shifts -Too many procedures and unannounced checks that keeps you on edge

      Pros

      It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.

      Basic service industry stuff. Nothing extraordinary.
