Pros

Good Medical Benefits.. Small Bonus every October.. Several times a year the have employee lunches.. Great Christmas Party and Regional Sales meetings..

Cons

Pay is below standard for the amount of multitasking and decisions you must make. After yearly review.. WITH GOOD RATING REVIEW TEN CENTS INCREASE PER HOUR.. Not percent CENTS!! The company is way to micromanaged. Three Female Directors run the operations here. If you do something they hear(even if its just a rumor) about or they don't like you forget. Your in the outside group. They will find ways to make your life hell. They pretend to the three owners that they are doing a great job. So many good hard working people have left here.. When I was there they went through 3 HR Directors. They have two Employment agencies on Speed dial. Every month they need to hire new people in the warehouse, floor for shipping, production, and the three customer service departments they have. I good red flag is that if you are the senior customer service person there for 2 years and you are now training new CSR every 6 weeks.. Say NO... Not worth the aggravation..
