-benefits -if something goes wrong its automatically the blame game and even if you are right the reps will still blame you and call upper management to complain. - crazy long hours -on call 24/7/365 and if you don't respond in 15 minutes you get berated and cursed at. -driving 2,000 to 3,000 miles per a month destroying your own vehicle -some reps use the rsa's to get out of doing their duties. -regional managers do absoluty nothing... even if you ask them a question or reach out for help they will tell you figure it out. -terrible training.
