Very strict and inflexible culture. Cameras on for all meetings no exceptions. The company claims to be agile but it’s really waterfall with a bunch of meetings. All meetings go over the time limit with zero respect for your schedule. Leaders talk AT you, making your thoughts and experience irrelevant.
