Grow within and your salary stays the same. Someone comes in for the same job from sales or from another company, with no management experience and their salary will be 30k higher than you. When you try to get a raise, you will be told to leave or be happy with what you are getting. After leaving, I finally see what a true work life balance should look like. Don’t work here unless you like the idea of overworked but underpaid.
