      Pros

      While I'm on the road at client sites most of the time, I still feel connected with my colleagues at the corporate office... the mainland! It's a supportive environment where you feel like your voice is heard and team members always make themselves available to offer direction, advice, even personalized support. I like it here! And, I like my clients.

      Cons

      Reviews aren't pre-scheduled in a regular cadence. But, in saying so, as soon as I mentioned my anniversary date, I was given what I'd call a very thorough performance overview that pointed out the good and gave me clear direction on areas I could improve.

      We now live in a Hybrid/Remote work world. And whether you're an electrician in the field or a recruiter in the office, we unfortunately do not have the face-to-face interaction with you in the office. In saying so, KODIAK managers are required to have regular 1-on-1 interaction with their employees... and, most important, to have team meetings where everyone can share a laugh, best practice and feel a big part of the team. Of Kodiak's tremendous success.

      Pros

      My Kodiak recruiter gets me work when and where I want it. Good paying, excellet per diem work. Been consistently on data centers, first in Texas and now in the Carolinas.

      Cons

      I go from project to project with little time in between to go home and cut the grass lol. But really, if I ask for a week off, they give it to me.
