      I truly appreciate the flexibility offered by this company, which has greatly supported me in my work. My team is also very supportive and fosters a positive environment. I hope to continue growing and advancing my career within such an excellent organization.

      Cons

      Similar to other multinational company models, this organization operates with a lean and streamlined hierarchy. With a team consisting of only three members, I find the workload to be quite substantial, which may present potential challenges and internal conflicts.

      Pros

      The benefits were great although expensive. Lots of flexibility with your schedule for appointments. 2 days in office 3 days work from home. Good PTO and 401k was great.

      Cons

      There are a lot of great reasons to work for Kone but overall the environment isn't great. Management has their favorites so the employees that aren't within that circle are treated poorly to the point of quitting.
