      Pros

      If you follow a process then youll be fine. You will need to ask a lot of questions and hope you have a boss who will help.

      Cons

      Excessive and potentially confusing production process Kone gets in its own way. They overthink to get the process right even though production may/will not ship correct items.

      Pros

      The benefits were great although expensive. Lots of flexibility with your schedule for appointments. 2 days in office 3 days work from home. Good PTO and 401k was great.

      Cons

      There are a lot of great reasons to work for Kone but overall the environment isn't great. Management has their favorites so the employees that aren't within that circle are treated poorly to the point of quitting.
